Black Mill Preserve is a subdivision in Dawsonville, GA, currently under construction. LDC worked closely with the client to ensure the site plan accomplished their program goals.  All the elements including monument sign, large scale water feature, pool amenity, splash pad, playground, mail kiosk, and open recreation space were planed  to work integrally. LDC paid special attention to the entry sequence.  We introduced  large amounts of water surface at the monument sign along side large boulder placements  and organic plantings styles..  The combination of these elements provides a truly memorable introduction to buyers and visitors.
