Carruth Lake Estates is a high end subdivision currently under construction in Cumming, GA. LDC recognized that the frontage of this property was truly unique as the entry to the property is directly off a round-a-bout.  The challenge was to capture the many vantage points the entry would be viewed from.  It was decided a multi tier design would be most effective and work best with the existing topography...  Large scale masonry columns were also introduced to reinforce the sense of entry upon driving into the property.  The amenity area also posed challenges.  LDC was requested to design around an existing lake and hardwood forest,
