Cagle Heights is a subdivision currently under construction in Holly Springs, GA. The property has a great deal of frontages along two adjacent roads, which posed  design and budget challenges.   LDC took those on successfully introducing a unique monument sign design with plantings that unified the entire frontage. The Amenity includes a multi-space pool  along with splash pad area, playground, and dedicated mail structure. In addition to the design, contract documents and permit aspects of this project  LDC helped create marketing graphics. As with many of the LDC projects, we have remained involved and available throughout the actual construction to ensure the best product for the client.
